Fully Managed
Life’s busy enough without having to manage a tenancy day-to-day. With our Fully Managed service, you can step back while we take care of everything, protecting your investment and supporting your tenants from start to finish.
Alongside our full Standard service, we’ll also handle:
- Deposit registration and compliance
- Acting as the tenant’s main point of contact
- Utility account updates
- Rent collection and payment tracking
- Key holding service
- Coordination of repairs and maintenance
